Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing or using KeyReaper ("the Service"), operated by Side By Tech ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

KeyReaper is a secret rotation and management tool that works on top of AWS Secrets Manager. It provides rotation workflows, rollback support, audit trails, and role-based access control for teams managing production secrets.

3. Accounts

You must create an account to use KeyReaper. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at support@keyreaper.cloud if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• ✗ Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• ✗ Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
• ✗ Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• ✗ Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• ✗ Resell or redistribute the Service without written permission

5. Billing and payments

Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Founding customer pricing is locked in for as long as the subscription remains active.

6. Service availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of planned downtime.

7. Your data

You retain ownership of all data you store or manage through KeyReaper. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your secrets, configurations, or metadata. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Side By Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support@keyreaper.cloud.

11. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the state where Side By Tech is incorporated.
